We are based in Paris, France ! Our team in working in offices in the heart of Paris.

It is completely safe to order on BlondSomUs.com. In the URL of the website, is appearing “https://” . This HTTPS is a proof that our website has secured informations from hackers. 
We don't have access to your credit card's data, and our payment providers Stripe and Paypal, are the safest in the world.  

How can I track my delivery ? 🚚

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it, please write at hello@blondsomus.com

Can I change my order ? 👕

You can change the products your ordered if you write to us at hello@blondsomus.com within 12 hours after you made your order. (No online chat, for more efficiency)

Can I cancel my order ? 🚫

After payment confirmation, canceling order is possible during next 24h ! If you decide to cancel your order, please write us on hello@blondsomus.com. (No online chat) Anyway we strongly advice to check your choice before confirming your order. 

How long is the delivery ? 🚚

Delivery time takes between 3 and 10 days, depending on where you are in the world.  

What if my product arrived damaged ? 🤕

In this situation please write us direct email on hello@blondsomus.com, with your order number included in the e-mail. Join in the email photos of the damaged product. We assure you that we will do our best to solve problem ASAP.
